Today,had a great quality time with baby. Like finally can go out together haha. Catch avatar,a very nice show than off to buy my bag. Thanks to L.syafiq,for buying me the bag haha. well i just came back from holiday, 8 days in malaysia. 5 days in langkawi and 3 days in KL. We drive to KL and from there we took an airplane to langkawi. overall it was fun. played go-kurt after a long time. skills still there=P went fishing and i caught the biggest fish haha. well theres alot of pictures but i upload some only. ok la let the picture do the talking im lazy to type out so long haha, enjoy=)

well on friday i made poach pear and caremal custard. Today i went for an interview for resort world singapore. I dont know when ill be starting but they will giv me a call. hope ill work tgt with my peeps ^^. tmr there will be a test and i need to pass up my 3 course meal manu. on tues there will be a test again. on the 16 of nov there will be a second interview for those going to france. this is the final and last interview. hope i can go there. Hey blog, is been a long time since i last post. alright here it goes, on friday went to mashroom farm with my class. its been a long time since we last went out together as a class. we had fun there, i bought some mushroom and went home and cook. it was fresh^^ very juicy. on saturday i just went to town to buy my shoe and went home bc im not feeling well. OK ytd was international Chef day and family day. All the chefs gather together to celebrate this event. Amir and me had to help thm cook the bison. you can see the bison below, ive uploaded the picture already. one bison cost them $3500, ITS LIKE FCKING EXPENSIVE. the meat taste great, when u eat it the juice of the meat melt in your mouth, very very nice. I had to help them since friday. Friday i went back at 2 A.M. Had 2 hours of sleep and went back to mandai orchid garden where the event took place. Friday it was a bored day since amir and i had to just look after the bison haha. we played cards and alot more ah since we were bored. Amir was like a drinking beer machine haha. he drank i think 3Litre of beer and nvr get drunk haha. frecko=P On saturday was the event, we had fun there and had some picture taking with my clssmates since they come and celebrated the event together. ok let the picture do the talking, im lazy to post. ok amir da post haha, stone cold=P haha

Well below is the picture from school the other day, we had to cook all the dishes in the amber menu for the april in take FnB students to see because they will be our server when amber starts. Well today school as normal, school has always been fun for me. so tmr will be back in amber, i cant wait. its been 1 month since we last went into amber. hmm wat to post, o yah this coming friday and sat amir and me will be helping out for the international chefs thingy. so we will be busy again, hope its fun, it will be held at mandai. we have to work 4 hours a day only haha. but its all about the experience and learning new things=) and at the end of oct 15 students will be working at rasa sentosa for the golf tournemant. its the singapore open, hope tiger woods come=P we will be working for 1 week. so my time for now will be busy, ill update when im free aite, will be back when im free gd nite=)

Well the past few days ive been busy celebrating hari raya with my frens. Its fun to gather back together after a long time. First of all i went out with my old buddys then on sunday went out with the clementi SC. Well working with hilton hotel for the past 6 days was great. learn alot of new things there. An i think maybe going to hilton for attachment is good but ill see first. In hilton ull learn alot, but working there full time suxs says the chefs there haha. ok during my 6 days in hilton, ive improve my cutting skills, learn how to improve my platting and new dishes most importantly^^. an i tought we were doing this only for f1 but im working for some buffet thingy also. stupid chef only gave us 6 bucks per hour. first he told us it was 10, now 6. stupid fucker. work like mad not only for f1 but other things too and only earn 6 bucks per hour hais. But its ok, we came here to learn new things not earn money. earning money is in the future, after graduation=) On 3 oct there"s interview for the singapore country club. thy need some people to help them cook for 1 week. hope ill get in, can learn more new things and can have a look at their kitchen^^. ok gtg now, will update soon. bb=)

wat a bored day today, no plans to go out. well lazy to go out also, so many things stuck in my head now. i dont knw wat to say ah. o yah i just remember, i need to post this because of amir haha. last thursday was the last day of Ember service because of exams. so since its the last day, we had alot of fun. First thing happen in the morning was the training kitchen lights cant be on, so it was dark. you know wat happen if its dark ahaha, played cathing in the kitchen with amir like crazy people haha. An it was scary too since it was dark. after about 2 hours, finaly the lights can be on awwww. y cant it stay dark the whole day=P but its ok. after all the misenplus is done amir and me continue playing ice soccer since our Teacher is not there haha. alright after the whole service is done, it was time to clear stock, and we cook alot for us to eat but to bad i cant, fasting haha damn, we cook pizza, pasta, teriyaki chicken, some fruits and fruits juices boy thts alot man. Hello definetly i'm not L.syafiq. His busy watching soccer that he asked me to update hehe. Since today is the first day of ramadhan for all i know he kept sleeping. Most probably he couldn't to hold his temptation for food hehe. Breaking fast,he ate noodles and now he's gaining/growing excessive fats/flabs. Kay so today is so mundane/boring. well idk wats wrong with the stupid blog, cnt upload pictures. nvm, so today, came home late. After the restaurant service i stayed back to practise on all the dishes for the wrold skill competition. lets hope all my classmate tht is in the competition gets selected. only 5 out of 11 cn be selected. so lets wrok hard people and get selected=)

well i decided to delete the last 4 post. no use fighting with each other when things have been already done. whats in the past should nt be remembered. only the gd memories should=) well everytime i keep thinking of the past makes me feel happy. she always makes my day. when i first know her was when im in sec 3 haha. if im nt wrong it was during cca amazing race lol. From there on about 2 months ltr thn a new begining strts. i was tgt with her=) she"s just amzing thts y i love her so much. she chg alot since i first meet her. her character, her looks haha. alot ah. u should see her picture whn she was young haha makes me laugh my ass off. thts 1 of the funny part tht she makes my day whn im dwn. no words can describe her. well u got to knw her thn ull knw hw amazing she is=). her kisses, her hugs are all the best. it makes me feel like idk haha. its just the best. well now all these are just my memories, ill always remember this, it always makes my day. nw tht u are nt with me anymore, stay out of trouble k, study hard for ur future O"s. Well Today celebrated national day in school. It was kind of bored since you knw la ITE, Who wants to come sia celebrate in sch haha. Actually i do not need to come to sch since my CA gave us extra holiday^^ But because of Student council, i need to come. after school went home, and i slept the whole afternoon.

YTD was great, school as usual was fun. Then after school went to cwp, bought my red shirt after that hang around with the cool people=) They just make me laugh everyday cannot tahan ah with amir"s stupid jokes too ain"s voice haha. ok thats all, happy birthday singapore=)

ok thx to nash i will update nw haha. Today had inter department futsal tournament at the cage, kallang. We came in 4th an i think thats ok because my teamates all are my school mates and we nvr played together before lol. so its job well done. Unlucky us we lost the semi finals in penelty shoot outs but it was a good game we played well. After the tournament meet my partner at kallang, was suppose to give her a survey but i forget to bring-.- sry partner, tk pe tmr k partner haha.

Now about this week, alot of things happen this week, my station in the training restaurant has been chg to pasta. learn alot thr and i think pasta is like chicken to me nw haha. Next week ill be the sous chef^^ cant wait. This week is the last week for my mr angle hair a.k.a Sir melvin. His going to africa to teach the chefs thr and idk when he will be back to visit us but all the best sir, hope ull have fun thr and people will respect ur hardwork=)

Damn tired now. Everyday i come to school i feel like sleeping, ass-.- hope next week ill be wide awake and im all rested. Cooking in amber was fun. hope to learn more things there. Today was a shock, only 17 people came to eat during lunch time, usualy its full house but its ok. Hope next week will have a full house again, i wan to cook more=). So after school went back home with the usuals, Warda partner, amir, nash, indra. And that ain haha better come tmr, we need to do our dance=P

O yah and my partner today treat me my fav drink in sch haha, but to bad amir spill it haha. Anyway, WARDA IS MY BEST PARTNER IN THE WHOLE WORLD. she is the best. Well sry for not posting lately. Been lazy and tired to post. Alright here it goes, on Saturday had 2 match. first one was in the morning and the second was in the afternoon. First game was at bukit timah and the second was at jurong. im trying to push myself because i got to get my fitness back haha. An since i played 2 games during the second game i have cramps haha. it happen when i was jumping to head the ball and suddenly cramp, damn pain lol. Then on sunday i had a bad day, nothing to do and internet was down and i cant use the comp for the whole day till today and nw im posting. so today had school. it was great, we laugh alot during lesson like always. cant wait for wed, we gonna cook for real customers in amber restaurant. so thats all nw im gonna do my hwk chao people. tc

Well ytd i had a great time with maoists. we went to breeks to have our dinner. i had mahi-mahi fish with pesto cream i think. then went outside of marina square to watch the fireworks. it was nice la theres alot of colours and shapes haha. Then slack2 at esplanade waterfront to watch some peformance. This guy try to imitate MJ but i think he sux haha but nice try anyway. Mj still the best^^ After we had enough Subi, ind and me wanted to go back. so we left the rest and went our different ways. Ind went shooping first while Subi and me are waiting for ain and warda partner since they are there too and we went back together. Then today had maoists match at regent sec at 11am. After the match went to eat at burger king at yew tee. Then went home. so thats all for my last holiday days. tmr theres sch damn haha. hope it will be fun like always. Wow ytd was great man!!!
Had Sc outing at east coast park. So meet my friends at boots and shoe at 730 since we have to report at 9. Damn early man i wan to sleep-.- I think i was late sry guys haha. Then took 966 to east coast, I was asleep during the journey so i dont know wat happen. Reached east coast, headed to Macdonald and had our breakfast while waiting for the others to reach. After our heads of commitee have reach we went to find a good spot to play our games and all. we played touch rugby, frisbee and alot more games. Touch rugby was the best for me out off all games. It was fun and funny cos some of thm you knw i knw haha. So during the game we ran like a mad dog lol and i was so tired man since the weather was soo hot. So after the games we had our lunch thn we slack2 abit. At around 4 we strted cycling too changi village. I took the couple bike with amir lol since he wanted it. It was damn far man but it was fun too since amir was my radio haha. he sang alot of songs while otw to changi. He has a great voice u should hear it 1 day ehem( mir jgn kembang=P). then we reach changi around 6plus, had our dinner there an it was already 8 so its time to head back to east coast. It was dark so we had to on our lights, on the way back to east coast alot of things happen haha its was damn funny. we raced with each other, indra almost bang a you knw i knw haha and we got chased by a dog too lol. so we reach east coast around 10, went to mac to rest for a while thn we headed home. Reach home at 12, wash up and went to bed. Night.

Sry guys for nt posting lately. Been busy and too tired to post. well ytd went to watch transformers with my friends. You guys should watch the show man. its damn funny and exciting. i would rate the show **** haha. Alright before the show we went to eat at puncak since indra said the food thr is nice.(to nizam step halal boy je haha tk nk makan subway=P). So after eating, we went for our show because it starts at 4pm. So we went in first to have our sits since ruz is late. 5 mins ltr ruz came and the room was dark and he did nt knw whr we were sitting thn he shouted MANE KORONG so loudly tht everybody turn and watch him damn funny man haha. Before the show strt we were already laughing our ass out ahaha. then after the show we went to bugis street since ind wanted to buy his shades. after buying his shades we lepak at singapore river talk and laugh2. untill we were tired thn we went home. Well sry for nt posting ytd. Alright here it goes. On saturday went for the league match first at Bedok North sec. The match was ok la. we could have won but we lost. its ok we showed them we did not give up. So after the match took a taxi too orchid country club to meet my family. My cousins were all there. we are staying there. So first we had a family Bowling competition. Its been a long time since i played bowling but it was great. I scored 105, not bad for a person who have not been playing bowling for a long time haha. My family came in second, ok la at least got money haha. we won $100. An i got half of it^^. Gonna save it=P. ok so after bowling we went back to the room. An we enjoy, played more games and alot more ah. kk skip too sunday. Woke up at 7++ cos i cant sleep-.- my uncle was all so noisy haiyo. Then had lunch with my family. after lunch i rush back home and get myself ready for soccer match again-.- nt gonna talk about the match too tired. thn after match went to have a drink with the team. After that went home then bath and here i am posting. Gd luc to nizam and co for tmr adss cup. hope u all will win ur first medal eh haha. all the best. ok thts all. gd night=)

Well today i had fun. In the morning meet dee and we had breakfast together. Its been a long time since i meet her and had a gd chat. Lets go out again someday alright dee=). After that send her home and im off to chg my clothes and meet amir, nash and ind. we went to marsiling to had our thypod jab. after the jab when to school to help the sc members clean the room but when we reach there the room was already clean haha so we had nothing to do. Today was bored. Stayed home all day-.- Nothing much happen. Indra,subi and nizam came over to my place. we played fifa together. And today is my unlucky day i lost 4 games to them wth haha. Its been a long time since i saw this picture haha. And nw im all grown up=P. Alright today had soccer match at Fuchun sec and Bukit timah Field. Today was to be a record breaking night for me because i played 180 minutes of soccer non stop but to bad for me im sick=(. At fuchun sec i played 45 minutes only because i cannot bare the pain in my body. its too painfull. so the match in Fushun sec ended at 2-2. It was a hard earn draw. great match guys. After the match my father pick us up and drive us too bukit timah field for the second match. The second match was a harder match because we are playing againts a French side. so i decided nt to play i cant take it anymore. But i stayed and watch the match. we won 4-1=) and everyone played their lungs out today haha. can see from their faces hw tired are they. Then after match went to cwp to eat. thats all that happen today=) Hope to meet all of my Lovely sch mates soon. Im missing them already hahaha. Gd nite people.

Went to see some Knives there.
After tht at 2 went for sc meeting.
